Standard Delivery | 5-10 working days | £7.50 excluding VAT | Available on all orders. We will provide you with your customised garments anywhere between 5-10 working days dependent upon artwork approval. |
Free Delivery | 5-10 working days | FREE | Free delivery is available when you spend over £100 (excluding VAT) on site. Your garments, if customised, will be dispatched and with you within 5-10 working days. |
Blank Orders | 1-5 working days | £7.50 excluding VAT | When ordered before midday, the majority of blank orders (items with no customisation) will be delivered the next working day for most of our brands. However, for some brands, it can take up to 5 working days. |
Is your order not perfect? Return it and let us fix things!
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority so if you are dissatisfied with any of our products let us know immediately (0114 698 5196 or email bryan@myworkgear.co.uk) and you can secure a replacement or refund.
If you have received the wrong items or your items are faulty, leave it to us to arrange collection for return. If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items.
We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For that reason, we ask you to take your time when designing your custom clothing before submitting them for production. Returns will only be accepted for items which have arrived in an unsuitable condition or do not meet the specific design requirements agreed by both parties. Product customisation will not begin until the specific designs or mock-up designs have been signed off by the customer via email.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless the goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund opened underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are in place and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.
We ensure your order is delivered to you promptly, safely and at low cost and as you’d expect, our customer service team is always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
